In 2018 I spearheaded University Library’s website redesign and reorganization as Xavier transferred to the Cascade platform. I managed the library’s User Experience Advisory Group that helped administer multiple usability tests and surveys (Qualtrics, Google Forms, Optimal Workshop digital card sort, and circle mapping) to several campus constituencies. The group made data-driven decisions to create two website mock-ups that I presented to the Office of Marketing and Communications.
As website administrator I am charged with - but not limited to - content creation, routine updates, usability testing, and staff training.
