I am a military veteran with writing, editing, and research experience as a Central Intelligence Agency analyst and through various roles in education. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Journalism and served as a reporter and copy editor for The Lantern. I earned my MA in English and Comparative Literature with a focus on creative writing - poetry from the University of Cincinnati and served as an editorial assistant for The Cincinnati Review.

Currently I manage marketing, communications, and public relations functions for Xavier University’s University Library, which includes publications, outreach, and social media. I develop, plan, execute, and then assess all public relations and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of events and use of library services and resources by the Xavier and local Cincinnati communities.
